The National Theatre Ballet Callendar 2018

Hard on the training ground, light on the battlefield. That´s how the National Theatre Ballet Calendar 2018 theme may be understood. Exceptional black-and-white photographs were prepared in double-black duplexes, animated by the bright red numerals of the months, and minimalist typography of the calendar line was let to enjoy its pages.

A collection of thirteen black-and-white photographs from the rehearsal halls in the Annen Monastery was shot by Martin Divíšek. The calendar was awarded the Grand Prix Prize in the Calendar of the Year 2018, where Formata received Graphic Design Award and Martin Divíšek Black and White Photography Award.
